Vanilla Ice cream with Chrisomelo

Everybody loves ice cream. We recommend you a special recipe with blossom honey as garnish. Your kids as well as your guests will adore it.
Υλικά
- 3 eggs
- 150 gr. floral honey Chrisomelo
- 1 lt sour cream
- 1 easpoon rose water

Directions
Separate the white of the egg from the yolk.
Blend the yolk with blossom honey in a metallic bowl and then place it in a pot with boiling water.
Stir constantly for 10 minutes until the mix is uniformed.
Withdraw the cream and transfer the mix into another bowl.
As soon as it gets cold add rose water and whip the mix until it gets fluffy.
In another bowl whip the white of the egg with sour cream to create whipped cream. Blend these two mixes and separate them in individual tins.
Cover it with transparent shrink wrap and leave it all night freezing to rest.It will be ready to taste it the next morning…!
Put the tins for a few seconds into hot water in order to extract the ice cream easily. Turn them upside down and serve them.

Extra tip: Add a spoon of floral honey with almonds on the top if you like.
